With the launch of Evolution only six weeks away at the Eura conference in Rome between the 15th and 16th May 2008 we wanted to let you know about a few of the benefits and features that you can expect to see in our brand new software product for the relocation industry. Evolution is a web-based relocation management tracking system aimed specifically at the small to medium size relocation business, offering unprecedented functionality and ease of use at an incredibly competitive price.
Benefits of our system include the following:
1. Each relocation company subscribing to Evolution will be allocated their own domain name (URL) which will be hosted along with a copy of the Evolution software and database by us on our secure servers in the Blue Square Datacenter in Maidenhead. You can be confident that your data can only be accessed by your authorised users and ourselves for the purpose of backup, maintenance and support. No other subscriber has access to your information.
2. As a software development company, independent of the relocation industry, we have no vested interest in your information other than to ensure that we provide you with safe, secure and reliable access to your data. Many of our competitors however are not in this position.
3. Competitive pricing – these prices are estimates at present, to be confirmed at launch
Monthly subscription
a. £50 (GBP) - ONE user
b. £75 (GBP) - TWO users
c. £100 (GBP) - THREE users
d. Thereafter additional users £10
minimum three month subscription

1. Users have the ability to add notes with documents and pictures to all of the specific types of information that Evolution stores; employees, clients, client contacts, client jobs, suppliers and supplier contacts.
2. All users have access to their own calendar
3. An internal e-mail system allows your users to communicate with each other, clients and suppliers without having to worry about spam and associated virus issues
4. Users and where authorised clients can track the status of their jobs
5. Evolution is web-based, therefore all of your information can be accessed at any time, from any place in the world where internet access is available
6. Should a user leave your employ or need time off for sickness, another user can easily take control
7. Additional user(s) can be added at any time and for short periods (minimum three months) , perhaps during busy periods when you need extra resources
8. Evolution can be branded with your logo and contact details for an extra one off charge
9. Bespoke features can be added to Evolution, to your specification for an extra charge
